14‑Day Return Window
You may apply for return within 14 calendar days upon receiving your item. Products must be unused, original packaging intact, without scratch or contamination.

Beauty device note: For hygiene reasons, used, contaminated or opened consumable accessories cannot be accepted for return.

Return Procedure
Please contact our support email before sending back goods. Customers bear return shipping cost unless items arrive defective or damaged.

Refund
After returned goods are inspected and approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days.

Exclusion
We do not offer free return for customer‑changed‑mind orders.
