Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2‑5 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Regions
We ship to United States, European Union countries, Australia and selected Asia‑Pacific regions.

Delivery Time
- United States: 7‑15 business days
- European Union: 10‑20 business days
- Australia & Oceania: 12‑22 business days

Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price. Buyers shall be responsible for all local customs charges upon arrival. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection.
